When creating our project for the ElevateHER 2022 cohort, we thought it was a good idea to create a podcast to share the ElevateHER story, share other AEC professionals stories, and give advice to those seeking it but who may be scared to speak up in their current situations. However, our group had little to no podcasting experience and had no idea where to start. After one meeting with Randy, we knew we were in good hands.
