VIP Job Recruiter offers two models for the recruitment of top talent. The first is Contingent Recruiting where our clients pay nothing unless a qualified candidate is found and accepts the offer made. As industry professionals, we have direct experience working in public, private and non-profit organizations and our recruiters are specially matched to ensure they understand your industry and business.
VIP Job Recruiter also offers a Virtual Recruiting model that enables our team to act as an “Extended Talent Acquisition Team Member”. This is a customizable model meaning it can be tailored around the specific recruiting cycle needs of the client company. If requested, VIP Job Recruiter will handle interface between the candidates and internal team utilizing a provided company email address. We can manage candidate flow through the company’s website, source on behalf of the organization, interview candidates and provide candidate summaries for your team of the ones that warrant further review and/or interviews. The Virtual Recruiting model can be turned on or off at any time.
