Simple rules.
- Can be used in up trend or down trend.
- Chart: 133 tick chart.
For buy signal:
- Stochastics go below 20.
- Next 133 tick bar closes 3 ticks above 21 period JTHMA moving average.
- Up arrow is placed on previous bar to signal bar. Stop is 30 ticks from entry or 1 tick below lowest swing whichever is less.
For sell signal the reverse is true.
Stochastics above 80
Next 133 tick bar closes 3 ticks below 21 period JTHMA moving average.
Red Down arrow is placed on previous bar to signal bar. Stop is 30 ticks from entry or 1 tick above highest swing whichever is less.
If too many signals are posted, we can always add a volume or other filter to decrease the number of signals. For example, after one signal a time period must elapse before another signal is issued, or only signals in line with momentum can be issued.
