Our Little Groovers (3-5) learn, dance, and laugh with mascots Boomah and Bboy Beatz
Youngsters (5-7) begin with Breaking, Hip Hop, Jazz, and Flips & Tricks Fundamentals
Our Juniors (8-10) take the next step by adding Grooves on top of Hip Hop, Jazz, and Flips & Tricks.

At Base181, your children are invited to learn the ever-evolving form of underground art - authentic Hip Hop and Breaking.

Under the instruction of dance teachers who have performed with Ricky Martin, Kylie Minogue and Geri Halliwell, and on shows like the Voice, Australia’s Got Talent, and the X Factor, your children will learn about authentic hip-hop dance - its culture, expressions, understanding of beats, lyrical game, and ability to send a collective message through dance.

And through Hip Hop dance, your children be dancing in crews, working as a team, and becoming a part of the culture. Through our weekly schedule of classes and membership, our young dancers are supported as they grow to become socially confident, resilient, and bold leaders.

All while they pop, lock, and rock!

That’s why we founded Base181 - to take the art form that has given us so much while traveling and performing internationally to teach youngsters what we are incredibly passionate and knowledgeable about: Hip Hop, Breaking, and Performing.
