Who is Eligible?
Employers who file Quarterly Payroll taxes (941), including tax-exempt organization, are eligible if:
- They operated a trade or business in 2020 and had at least two W-2 employees
- Had less than 100 W-2 employee for a 2020 ERTC or less than 500 W-2 employees for a 2021 ERTC
