We offer a guaranteed rent to Landlords, so irrespective of whether the property is fully let or not, you will receive a set monthly income. This is our incentive to ensure the property is maintained to the highest standard and tenants are happy in their environment.
We will take ownership of all minor maintenance issues up to a set fee, so no calls or charges for door handles, light bulbs, leaking taps or lost keys. Any work exceeding the agreed minor works figure can be costed and managed by us to ensure the work is completed to the highest standard and we will not add a percentage onto the contractors’ costs. What the contractor quotes is the price you pay.
We will conduct regular inspections and complete an annual stock condition survey of your property, so you know what work is likely to be needed over a five-year period.
