Hospice Care for Your Loved One

Do you have a question about hospice, or has your loved one been diagnosed with a terminal illness? iServe hospice is here to help. Our hospice care manages aggressive symptoms to keep patients battling terminal illnesses comfortable at their homes or place of residence.

iServe hospice focuses on providing high-quality care for patients and their families, with our qualified healthcare team ensuring comfort daily. iServe hospice aims to restore hope in our patient’s life by providing comprehensive treatment by our hospice team, including medical directors, registered nurses, medical social workers, spiritual counselors, and volunteers.

Where Is Hospice Care Provided?

Home-bound is not necessary to receive hospice care. In other words, you can still go to church, visit relatives, and enjoy a walk in the park (if you have the strength) while you are in Hospice. With 24/7 available caregivers, iServe Hospice provides hospice care at your place of residence, including private homes, assisted living, nursing homes, group homes, and general inpatient units.

Who Pays For Hospice Care?

Medicare covers all care for Hospice appropriate patients, and Medicaid covers the cost of room and board for a patient who lives in a nursing home. iServe Hospice provides all the equipment and medical supplies needed during hospice care. Families who do not have Medicare may pay out of pocket or other private insurance.

What Are My Options for Hospice Care?

Being in Hospice does not always mean someone would pass away. If your healthcare provider has determined you have a terminal diagnosis, the first step is to contact the iServe Hospice clinical team for initial evaluation and care. Giving the best care for you and your loved ones is the primary goal. We are here to empower our patients and their families, and be part of an incredible journey that provides peace and comfort. Our professional nursing staff will speak with you when you call today to determine the options and level of care you need.
