Palma Realty Group, the former Remax Caliente Realty- under the HomeSafe Realty Corporation, was born in 2005 because customers wanted our service for their families. We’ve had deep roots in the community since 1996, buying run down and abandoned properties to help the re-development of South Florida neighborhoods.

We purchased properties, repaired them to a respectable standard, and assisted with guidance for a completed transaction. This drive and dedication, along with the need from the community, influenced us to formalize a corporation and offer high standard real estate services. Palma Realty Group is still family owned and operated and knows the needs of our customers and is up to date with the real estate industry. We have much experience with home sales, property purchases, luxury properties and small to medium investment properties. We know we can help, because we have been an integral part of the real estate throughout the changes and transitions of our market.
