About us
At Pinewood Family Care Co., we only have about one-tenth the number of members compared to traditional hospital-owned primary care practices in New Jersey.
This way, we can ensure that our physicians spend optimal time with each patient, whether in-person, by text/email, or via telehealthcare. Our brick-and-mortar locations in downtown Jersey City, NJ are centrally located and conveniently offer medical, wellness, and child care services.
To allow our members to access care on their own terms, we don’t accept any health insurance. Instead, patients may use their Health Spending Accounts, Flexible Spending Accounts, and High Deductible Health Plans (HDHP). We help you save your health insurance for what it is really intended for – emergent situations.
At Pinewood, we also offer wellness and health concierge medicine services so your family has a one-stop-shop for all of your caring needs. Our physicians look forward to getting to know you and welcoming you to the ‘Fam’!

We want to ensure that each of our members is well taken care of and has the best experience. By limiting our number of members, we ensure that our primary care physicians can spend more time addressing your individual needs.
Our objective is to make all of our customers a part of our ‘Fam’, an exclusive community with access to immediate care, and other health and wellness services. While we offer a per-encounter concierge fee, becoming a member of the Pinewood Fam is much more cost-efficient for you and your family.
