We have created a private opportunity to learn the basic steps to getting started in real estate investing. Our program is only 90 days from start to finish. We work in a group setting to allow the students to do a joint venture which allows them to go through the process as a group and a joint effort when working on a project. Our process is simple, setup a properly structured business, identify the best market, find the deal, rehab the deal and close the deal.
