Rashad Shakur is a highly accomplished professional with a background in construction and corporate management. He is currently the Principal of Shakur Consortium, where he focuses on creating efficiency within supply chains. Mr. Shakur attended Valencia State College in Orlando, Florida, where he gained the knowledge and skills necessary to open and operate a highly successful construction business. Over the course of his career, Mr. Shakur has renovated and rebuilt numerous single-family and multi- family homes in Miami Dade and Broward County. In recent years, Mr. Shakur has shifted his focus to commercial buildouts for local non- profits. He is committed to making a positive impact in his community and uses his expertise to help non-profits achieve their goals.

In 2010 he was positioned as the PULSE (People United to Lead the Struggle for Equality) Community Relations Specialist. He has spent the last 7 years in the construction industry where he has worked with a staple construction supplier, serving as a regional sales manager.

Eric Miles is a first generation graduate from the University of Central Florida. He holds an undergraduate degree in Finance and a Master’s in Business Analytics from UCF. He also serves on the board for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Florida. He currently works as a Vice President in Investment Banking for Goldman Sachs.
